Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Respond to inquiries with clarity, insight, and a strong understanding of the business
  • Manage sales team calendars, appointments, and client-facing activities
  • Support marketing leadership by assisting in the planning and execution of events, client experiences, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate, track, and proofread client agreements and related legal documentation
  • Maintain and manage client data, reporting, and CRM systems
  • Oversee marketing materials inventory and distribution
  • Serve as a liaison for IT setup and catering coordination for presentations
  • Support all client experiences including pre-launch initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting a sales team or working in a hospitality or real estate
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service and elevated hospitality mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM or membership management systems
  • Experience coordinating events and marketing initiatives

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$120,000
