Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and calendar updates including coordinating travel arrangements
- Arrange dining reservations and related hospitality needs
- Coordinate car services and develop detailed travel itineraries
- Organize receipts, gifting, event registrations, and support ad hoc projects as needed
- Submit and track facilities and maintenance requests
- Liaise with external vendors for catering, meetings, and office services
- Monitor office inventory and maintain organized internal documentation
- Handle incoming calls and oversee general reception responsibilities
- Respond to day-to-day requests while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
- Experience in finance, investment, or fast-paced industries preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and travel management software
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
