HR Generalist

Our client is a private equity firm focused on identifying high-potential companies and driving value through strategic investment and operational expertise. Their mission is to partner with management teams to accelerate growth and deliver long-term returns for investors.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
  • Maintain employee data including personal information, job changes, time tracking, and benefit elections
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help manage all benefits and programs
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct new hire orientations
  • Manage the summer internship program
  • Assist hiring managers with job reqs, engage with agencies, managing the interview process, extend offers, and initiate background checks
  • Work with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain HR procedures and processes
  • Complete special projects as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of HR operations experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Experience managing an internship program

 

Salary Range: 

$120,000-$150,000
