Responsibilities:
- Direct the global GL function and provide strategic oversight to the accounting team
- Infuse AI throughout day-to-day accounting activities, identify and implement AI-driven solutions for anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and predictive close processes
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
- Implement internal controls and AI-enhanced audit trails to ensure precise financial reporting
- Lead the evolution of general ledger data structures and seamlessly integrate modern AI agents and LLM-based data analysis tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting
- Experience in managing a team required
- Experience in implementing AI tools or advanced automation within an accounting function
- Experience with international accounting a plus
Salary Range:
$160,000-$185,000
