Kiley brings six years of experience in Information Technology recruitment, specializing in connecting top talent with opportunities across the tech space. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and began her recruiting career shortly after. Growing up surrounded by strong women in both HR and sales, Kiley was naturally drawn to a career that blended relationship-building with the strategic and fast-paced nature of business development. She quickly found recruiting to be the perfect fit, giving her the opportunity to build strong relationships while helping people navigate important career decisions. Kiley takes a thoughtful and personable approach to recruiting, prioritizing trust, genuine connections, and long-term success for both candidates and clients.
On a Personal Note
Kiley grew up in Connecticut and moved to Charleston, South Carolina for college, where she lived for several years before recently relocating back to the Northeast to the NYC area. Outside of work, she is a part-time fitness instructor teaching yoga and pilates and has a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring new coffee shops, snowboarding during the winter, and spending time with friends and family.
