About the Company:
Our client is a large net lease REIT focused on acquiring single-tenant properties, with over $20 billion in assets under management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare variance analysis and detailed commentary for various compensation accounts on income statement and balance sheet accounts
- Perform and record compensation allocation based on advisory agreements and current company guidelines
- Assist with various audits including but not limited to workers compensation, benefits, payroll audits and internal SOX requests
- Record compensation related journal entries on domestic and foreign subsidiaries
- Compile compensation and benefit forecasts for international entities
- Assist with collection of outstanding tenant receivables
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of related corporate accounting experience
- Experience with accruals required
- Payroll and compensation accounting exposure a plus
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000
