About the Company:
Our client is a business advisory firm providing financial, accounting, and tax advisory services to organizations ranging from private companies to larger enterprises and family offices. Their work focuses on areas such as financial transformation, technical accounting, strategic finance support, and operational advisory initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of the recruiting process from initial candidate engagement through offer close
- Build and maintain strong relationship-driven candidate pipelines, ensuring continuous recruiting activity
- Lead ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm’s recruiting model across all service lines and functions
- Build and scale direct sourcing capabilities including proactive market mapping, targeted outreach, and pipeline development for key roles
- Implement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights across all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10 years of recruiting experience within professional services
- Experience recruiting leadership, advisory, business development, and operational positions
- Strong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent markets
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or significantly enhancing recruiting functions
- Experience using Workday Recruiting
- Experience coaching and developing a team
Salary Range:
$100,000-$150,000
