Ben graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. During his time at school, he played club volleyball and actively participated in a variety of extracurricular activities, helping him expand his network, strengthen his work ethic, and develop strong communication skills.
After graduation, Ben began his career in Executive Recruiting, specializing in the robotics, manufacturing, and automation sectors. Through this experience, he discovered a passion for helping people navigate important career decisions and connect with opportunities that align with their long-term goals. Seeking a new challenge, Ben transitioned into Financial Services recruiting, where he immersed himself in learning a highly specialized industry from the ground up. His ability to adapt quickly, build meaningful relationships, and thrive in a competitive environment has allowed him to become a trusted business partner to his colleagues and other key individuals who are involved in the hiring process.

Ben grew up in Westchester, New York, and is a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills and New York Knicks. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding during the winter, golfing throughout the summer, and spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
