Maxine graduated from Penn State in 2026 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Labor and Human Resources. During her time at Penn State, she developed a strong interest in building relationships, communication, and connecting people with opportunities. She is excited to begin her professional career at Arrow, where she looks forward to growing her skills, taking on new challenges, and learning from the experienced professionals around her. As someone who is just beginning her career, she is eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to Arrow’s continued growth and success.
On a Personal Note
Having grown up visiting New York City frequently, Maxine is excited to officially call the city home and begin this new chapter after college. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, traveling, and exploring new cities. She is looking forward to all the personal and professional experiences that come with starting her career in New York City and becoming part of the Arrow team.
