Elsa graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s in History. During the summer of 2025, Elsa interned at Arrow where she gained hands-on experience in the recruiting industry and developed an understanding of the role recruiters play in connecting candidates with the right opportunities. She returned full-time following graduation and enjoys getting to know candidates, building meaningful relationships, and helping them take the next step in their careers.
On a Personal Note
Outside of work, Elsa enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and exploring New York City’s restaurant scene in search of the best spots!
