Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a privately held alternative investment firm with over $8 billion in AUM. Their investment focus is within three principle asset classes, specialty finance, corporate, and real estate. The Administrative Assistant will assist the President and Chief Administrative Officer of the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily calendars
  • Act as a gatekeeper by managing incoming calls, e-mails, and internal/external requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Provide light personal tasks on an ad hoc basis
  • Complete expense reports using Concur Solutions
  • Plan and execute events for the firm
  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-6 years of professional experience working with senior executives
  • Experience within the financial services sector preferred
  • Organized with a strong attention to details
