About the Company:
Arrow Search Partners is looking for an extremely motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our growing, fast-paced, high-energy Temporary Staffing Division.
Responsibilities:
- Source and build a comprehensive book of business across multiple lines of businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with end users
- Conduct in take calls and meetings to qualify orders
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients
- Reporting and recording of all sales activity in ATS system
- Qualify inbound leads and referrals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2+ years of professional sales or customer service experience required
- Comfortable making phone calls and talking to candidates and clients by phone
- Ability to manage/navigate conflicts and meet tight deadlines
- Highly motivated and results-driven professional
- Strong team player
Salary Range:
$40,000 – $75,000 + Commission
