About the Company: 

Our client is a principal investment firm focused on alternative investments for lower and mid-market companies.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with cash management including cash availability, forecasting/projecting capital calls and distributions
  • Assist with various compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Review quarterly reporting to investors including investor capital statements
  • Review IRR calculations, valuation of investments, and credit facility management and calculations
  • Oversee carried interest calculations and management fee process
  • Assist with the investment closing process, fund flow analysis, and credit agreements
  • Assist with annual audits, review quarterly financial statements, and annual audited financial statements
  • Review tax reporting including forms 1065, 1120,1042, and 1042s

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-5 years of fund accounting experience
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • Cobalt or Investran experience preferred
  • Strong familiarity with reading and interpreting rules and regulations
  • General understanding of partnership accounting

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$135,000
