About the Company:
Our client is a principal investment firm focused on alternative investments for lower and mid-market companies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cash management including cash availability, forecasting/projecting capital calls and distributions
- Assist with various compliance and regulatory reporting
- Review quarterly reporting to investors including investor capital statements
- Review IRR calculations, valuation of investments, and credit facility management and calculations
- Oversee carried interest calculations and management fee process
- Assist with the investment closing process, fund flow analysis, and credit agreements
- Assist with annual audits, review quarterly financial statements, and annual audited financial statements
- Review tax reporting including forms 1065, 1120,1042, and 1042s
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-5 years of fund accounting experience
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Cobalt or Investran experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with reading and interpreting rules and regulations
- General understanding of partnership accounting
Salary Range:
$100,000-$135,000
