About the Company:
Our client is an alternative investment manager with over $30 billion in AUM with strategies in private equity, real estate, and credit. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of private and public entities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly portfolio pricing and reconciliation of investments and cash
- Provide general ledger maintenance and prepare quarterly financial statements
- Draft SEC filings
- Compile and distribute capital calls, distributions, capital statements, and financial statements to private fund investors
- Work with external auditors to resolve issues and provide requested data for yearly audits and quarterly reviews
- Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of accounting experience in financial services
- CPA preferred
- Proficient in Excel
Salary Range:
$90,000-$105,000
