Accounting Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a private equity, credit, and real estate capital firm with over $35 billion in AUM. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for for the accounting and reporting of multiple public and private credit entities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the general ledger and quarterly financial statements
- Prepare and review the financial statements for 10Q and 10K filings along with private fund reporting
- Process payables and review cash reconciliations
- Prepare BDC board reporting packages and other management reporting
- Draft SEC filings including shelf registrations statements
- Work with external auditors on year end audits, resolving financial statement comments and managing audit request and deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 6-8 years of accounting experience in financial services
- CPA preferred
- Strong Excel skills – need to know macros and pivot tables
Salary Range:
$100,000-$140,000
