Accounting Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a real estate finance and investment company that focuses on affordable multifamily housing. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management function at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for joint venture partners
- Prepare consolidating trial balance
- Prepare GAAP financial statements and related footnotes
- Work closely with external auditors for timely completion of audited financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-5 years of accounting experience with a public accounting background
- CPA required
- Experience creating financial statements
- Proficient in Excel
Salary Range:
$90,000-$130,000
