Accounts Receivable Supervisor

About the Company:
Our client is a private real estate development and management firm with $10 billion in AUM. The firm develops commercial, residential, and retail spaces throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end reconciliation of security deposit bank accounts
- Manage a high volume of security deposit refunds
- Analyze and update tenant ledgers
- Review rental agreements and interpret corresponding data on tenant ledger
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions affecting month-end close
- Oversight of collections activity on both residential and commercial tenants
- Institute processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the AR team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-10 years of AR experience
- Experience in commercial and residential real estate
- Prior experience managing a team required
- Experience with Yardi a plus
Salary Range:
$80,000-$100,000
