About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Acquisitions Analyst will have the opportunity to assist in all aspects related to the investment management of the firm’s growing single family rental portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Generate property and portfolio valuations and return analyses
- Conduct portfolio assessments and financial analysis
- Monitor business plan performances and adjust strategies based on market conditions
- Report on the firm’s portfolio’s on an ongoing basis and handle complex debt facilities
- Create financial models and develop internal data infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or business
- 1-2 years of experience with real estate acquisitions, asset management, and/or strategy/operations
- Real estate/development cash flow modeling experience
- Strong Excel skills
Salary Range:
$120,000-$130,000
