About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm specializing in global real estate and alternative assets, focusing on high-growth markets and strategic acquisitions.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Arrange all travel
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records including recording payments and wires, tracking invoice statuses, and ensuring timely documentation of transactions
  • Manage capital calls and investment documentation
  • Write checks and assist with basic accounts payable/receivable tasks
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions across multiple currencies
  • Track inventory and maintain organized lists of contacts and business information

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of admin and bookkeeping experience
  • Experience booking travel
  • Familiarity with currency conversions a plus
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Experience using Concur a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$120,000
