About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm specializing in global real estate and alternative assets, focusing on high-growth markets and strategic acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Arrange all travel
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records including recording payments and wires, tracking invoice statuses, and ensuring timely documentation of transactions
- Manage capital calls and investment documentation
- Write checks and assist with basic accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions across multiple currencies
- Track inventory and maintain organized lists of contacts and business information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of admin and bookkeeping experience
- Experience booking travel
- Familiarity with currency conversions a plus
- Able to handle confidential information
- Experience using Concur a plus
Salary Range:
$90,000-$120,000
