About the Company:
Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm seeking an Assistant to report to the Office Manager and assist in day-to-day operations. This position will help meet the needs of the firm’s growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management: schedule meetings and interviews, liaising between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements and associated reservations
- Create and coordinate investor relations materials
- Respond to client information requests
- Database management in client portals
- Assist in managing CRM database, vendor relationships, compliance logs, and filing system
- Assist with corporate event planning and gift research in conjunction with the other members of the administrative team
- Assist the Office Manager with Admin team projects and miscellaneous administrative requests from various departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of corporate experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive with a keen eye for detail
Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000
