About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM specializing in global real estate and alternative assets, focusing on high-growth markets and strategic acquisitions. The Administrative Assistant will provide flexible administrative support across different departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage calendars
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including room reservation, equipment set-up, and meeting material preparation
- Creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Process expense reports in Concur
- Distribute mail to appropriate team members and process outgoing mail as necessary
- Arrange all travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services through the travel desk
- Answer all phone calls and assist directly when possible
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of admin experience
- CT notary a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
