Responsibilities: 

  • Heavy calendar management
  • Process expenses, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Welcoming, greeting, and directing guests
  • Answering main line and directing calls
  • Assisting in general conference room scheduling
  • Coordinate local messenger service for all office employees
  • Maintain mailroom and copy rooms daily
  • Sort and distribute daily mail delivery
  • Orders general office and kitchen supplies

 

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of previous admin experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills

 

Salary Range:
