About the Company:

Our client is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies that are in the retail and technology space. The firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant who will support two partners, along with managing the office for the firm.



  • Coordinate calendar appointments, secure conference rooms/zoom links, and provide necessary materials and documents for meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Manage all expense reports
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including organizing all inbound and outbound mail, greeting visitors, and stocking and ordering office supplies
  • Support with new hire onboarding
  • Help plan office events
  • Track and manage office-related expenses



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience with heavy coordination and office management
  • Experience with travel coordination a plus
  • Proficient in MS office
