About the Company: 

Our client is a middle market private equity firm over $3 billion in AUM. The firm provides flexible capital to firms in industrial services, distribution, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and media industries. The Administrative Assistant will help manage the firms LA office and two Managing Partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and booking travel for the Partners
  • Assist in event planning for company wide events
  • Order office supplies and keep office tidy and functional
  • Manage all expense reporting
  • Help set up new computers and be a point person for any IT issues

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years as an assistant or office manager
  • Experience with Concur a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized and professional demeanor required

 

Salary Range:  

$75,000-$95,000
