About the Company:
Our client is a global multi-strategy hedge fund headquartered in NYC. The Administrative Assistant will help manage the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the admin team with opening and closing the office each day
- Manage travel arrangements and associated reservations for employees
- Conduct research and gather market data for team initiatives
- Prepare office for client meetings
- Assist with upkeep and inventory of office supplies
- Assist HR with ad hoc recruiting tasks, including reviewing and processing incoming resumes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in a corporate setting
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000
