About the Company:

Our client is a global multi-strategy hedge fund headquartered in NYC. The Administrative Assistant will help manage the day-to-day operations of the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the admin team with opening and closing the office each day
  • Manage travel arrangements and associated reservations for employees
  • Conduct research and gather market data for team initiatives
  • Prepare office for client meetings
  • Assist with upkeep and inventory of office supplies
  • Assist HR with ad hoc recruiting tasks, including reviewing and processing incoming resumes

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a corporate setting
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000
