About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support the healthcare investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
- Coordinating and managing calendars including scheduling meetings and travel
- Manage complex travel itineraries including booking flight, transportation, and lodging
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments
- Answer and direct internal and external calls
- Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience as an administrative assistant to high-level managers
- Highly organized and efficient
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
