About the Company:

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support the healthcare investment team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
  • Coordinating and managing calendars including scheduling meetings and travel
  • Manage complex travel itineraries including booking flight, transportation, and lodging
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments
  • Answer and direct internal and external calls
  • Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience as an administrative assistant to high-level managers
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range:

$85,000-$95,000
