About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support the investment banking team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for both internal and external stakeholders
- Arrange Zoom meetings and conference calls
- Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs
- Schedule and plan complex travel itinerary and coordinate with multiple internal and external assistants
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience working in an investment banking environment preferred
- Highly organized and efficient
- Possess excellent discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information
- Experience scheduling across multiple time zones a must
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
