Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support the investment banking team at the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange Zoom meetings and conference calls
  • Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs
  • Schedule and plan complex travel itinerary and coordinate with multiple internal and external assistants
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience working in an investment banking environment preferred
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Possess excellent discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience scheduling across multiple time zones a must

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
