About the Company: 

Our client is a global asset manager with multi-strategy investment platforms and over $145 billion in AUM providing businesses with private capital.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule various high-touch meetings working with clients, prospective clients, and internal assistants to schedule and organize
  • Prepare materials for meetings and book conference rooms
  • Book both domestic and international travel
  • Assist with filing expense reports
  • Assist with events/conferences; registering, organizing, tracking attendees and liaise with reps
  • Assist with all CRM data management
  • Assist admin team with various team projects and needs

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of admin experience within financial services
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems
  • Event management software experience a plus
  • Prior experience booking international travel

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$105,000
