Our client is a global asset manager with multi-strategy investment platforms and over $145 billion in AUM providing businesses with private capital.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule various high-touch meetings working with clients, prospective clients, and internal assistants to schedule and organize
- Prepare materials for meetings and book conference rooms
- Book both domestic and international travel
- Assist with filing expense reports
- Assist with events/conferences; registering, organizing, tracking attendees and liaise with reps
- Assist with all CRM data management
- Assist admin team with various team projects and needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of admin experience within financial services
- Experience utilizing CRM systems
- Event management software experience a plus
- Prior experience booking international travel
Salary Range:
$90,000-$105,000
