About the Company:
Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Administrative Assistant will support the SVP and the development team as a whole in NY.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the SVP’s and development department’s calendars
- Book domestic and international air and ground travel and accommodations as needed
- Act as point person for new hires and assistant in the technology setup
- Organize the office and order department supplies
- Answer phone lines and track all messages
- Coordinate and plan events and training
- Draft and revise contracts and vendor agreements
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Prepare and edit presentations in coordination with marketing department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of executive level administrative experience
- Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MS Visio a plus
Salary Range:
$85,000-$100,000
