About the Company: 

Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Administrative Assistant will support the SVP and the development team as a whole in NY.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and manage the SVP’s and development department’s calendars
  • Book domestic and international air and ground travel and accommodations as needed
  • Act as point person for new hires and assistant in the technology setup
  • Organize the office and order department supplies
  • Answer phone lines and track all messages
  • Coordinate and plan events and training
  • Draft and revise contracts and vendor agreements
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Prepare and edit presentations in coordination with marketing department

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of executive level administrative experience
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of MS Visio a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$85,000-$100,000
