About the Company: 

Our client is a top-tier global advisory group providing strategic and financial guidance to major players across industries.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
  • Management of calendars including coordinating and scheduling meetings
  • Manage client contacts
  • Schedule and plan complex travel itinerary including bookings flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment
  • Screen both internal and external calls
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-4 years of admin experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience scheduling multiple meetings across time zones

 

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$80,000
