About the Company:
Our client is a top-tier global advisory group providing strategic and financial guidance to major players across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
- Management of calendars including coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Manage client contacts
- Schedule and plan complex travel itinerary including bookings flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment
- Screen both internal and external calls
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4 years of admin experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Experience scheduling multiple meetings across time zones
Salary Range:
$75,000-$80,000
