Administrative Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is a rapidly growing investment and wealth management firm working with high-net-worth individuals and families and managing over $20 billion in assets. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for covering the admin needs of a team of Executives and must be collaborative, energetic, caring, and willing to provide the highest level of client service whilst maintaining the utmost in ethical standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and providing exceptional service to the firm’s employees and clients
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Managing calendars and schedules for high level executives
  • Planning and coordinating domestic travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  • Producing reports, composing correspondences, and drafting new contracts
  • Handling any and all day-to-day requests with ease, grace and positivity
  • Work on ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in office administration preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
