About the Company:
Our client is a boutique wealth management firm providing customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals. The Administrative Assistant will provide onsite admin and operational support to the advisory team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external meetings management including reserving rooms and catering where applicable
- Management of the teams calendars
- Coordinate domestic travel schedules and itineraries including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Prepare expense reports using Concur
- Provide support to the tax team and other offices throughout the country
- Provide project management for assigned projects when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant admin experience
- Knowledge of Concur and DocuSign a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$75,000-$90,000
