Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a boutique wealth management firm providing customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals. The Administrative Assistant will provide onsite admin and operational support to the advisory team at the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Internal and external meetings management including reserving rooms and catering where applicable
  • Management of the teams calendars
  • Coordinate domestic travel schedules and itineraries including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  • Prepare expense reports using Concur
  • Provide support to the tax team and other offices throughout the country
  • Provide project management for assigned projects when needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant admin experience
  • Knowledge of Concur and DocuSign a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$90,000
