About the Company:
Our client is an alternative asset management firm with over $10 billion in AUM using multi-strategy investment verticals to create attractive returns for its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to their designated destinations
- Order office supplies ensuring all floors are stocked
- Retrieve, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily
- Coordinate meetings including managing the conference room calendars and set up conference rooms
- Review, code, and approve expenses and expense reports
- Manage various daily reports
- Assist with companywide events
- Assist with filing, printing, and typing with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of admin experience
- Experience within the financial services or legal sectors
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
