Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a $40 billion asset manager with investments strategies that include credit investments, long/short equity, merger and risk arbitrage, real estate investments, and direct investments. The Administrative Assistant will work the front desk and be the first point of contact for guests and employees.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Answer phones, manage email communications, and greet guests
  • Manage mailings, FedEx, and couriers
  • Support data management efforts such as documenting, scanning, organizing, and archiving documents
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, and public office spaces

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist or office coordinator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Salary Range: 

$65,000-$75,000
