Our client is a top-rated accounting and consulting firm offering financial services across a wide range of industries. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the partners and other management-level employees
Responsibilities:
- Prepare new business forms and engagement letters
- Schedule calls/meetings and maintain/update calendars and agendas
- Prepare general correspondences, memos, tables, graphs, and meeting minutes
- Run monthly billing reports and various partner reports
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare any outgoing mail/packages
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Prepare for meetings and conferences
- Keep the CRM database up-to-date
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of admin experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with assisting clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000
