About the Company: 

Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule meetings and conferences rooms
  • Receive and handle high volume of emails and requests
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Book candidate interviews
  • Perform day-to-day tasks including file organization, research requested information, archiving, and preparing pre-meeting materials for review
  • Other related projects and duties as requested

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of related admin experience
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$120,000
