About the Company:

Our client is a top-rated accounting and consulting firm offering financial services across a wide range of industries. The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the partners and other management-level employees

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare new business forms and engagement letters
  • Schedule calls/meetings and maintain/update calendars and agendas
  • Prepare general correspondences, memos, tables, graphs, and meeting minutes
  • Run monthly billing reports and various partner reports
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare any outgoing mail/packages
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare for meetings and conferences
  • Keep the CRM database up-to-date

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of admin experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with assisting clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary Range:

$70,000-$85,000
