Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Administrative Assistant will support a specific team at the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage ever-changing calendars and anticipate needs/changes
  • Answer and screen phones/emails
  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Act as point person for new hire, technology setup, and department supplies
  • Draft/revise contracts and vendor agreements
  • Prepare presentations
  • Process and track expense reports
  • Coordinate events

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of related admin experience
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$60,000-$75,000
