About the Company:
Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Administrative Assistant will support a specific team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ever-changing calendars and anticipate needs/changes
- Answer and screen phones/emails
- Book domestic and international travel
- Act as point person for new hire, technology setup, and department supplies
- Draft/revise contracts and vendor agreements
- Prepare presentations
- Process and track expense reports
- Coordinate events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of related admin experience
- Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat a plus
Salary Range:
$60,000-$75,000
