About the Company:
Our client is a global asset management firm with over $26 billion in AUM and invests in multiple asset classes such as long/short equity, global macro investments, and private investments. The Administrative Assistant will support senior management on the investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and conference calls
- Book conference rooms and organize meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create and process expense report
- Track expense reports
- Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls
- Assist with special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of admin experience
- Prior experience in financial services a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$115,000 – $120,000
