About the Company:

Our client is a global asset management firm with over $26 billion in AUM and invests in multiple asset classes such as long/short equity, global macro investments, and private investments. The Administrative Assistant will support senior management on the investment team.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage calendars and conference calls
  • Book conference rooms and organize meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Create and process expense report
  • Track expense reports
  • Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls
  • Assist with special projects

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of admin experience
  • Prior experience in financial services a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Salary Range: 

$115,000 – $120,000
