About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively across certain business groups.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with external clients/business colleagues
- Answer multiple phone lines and act as a gatekeeper
- Assist in managing a complex calendar – schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings internally & externally and with other assistants across the firm
- Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings
- Track and process invoices and complete detailed monthly expense reports
- Meet and greet guests, register guests in the firm visitor system
- Order supplies as needed; prepare outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS packages as needed
- Maintain and prepare files for the executive as requested
- Handle light needs/requests from the executive’s spouse/family
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential and time-sensitive material
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary Range:
$95,000 – $110,000
