About the Company:

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively across certain business groups.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with external clients/business colleagues
  • Answer multiple phone lines and act as a gatekeeper
  • Assist in managing a complex calendar – schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings internally & externally and with other assistants across the firm
  • Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings
  • Track and process invoices and complete detailed monthly expense reports
  • Meet and greet guests, register guests in the firm visitor system
  • Order supplies as needed; prepare outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS packages as needed
  • Maintain and prepare files for the executive as requested
  • Handle light needs/requests from the executive’s spouse/family

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
  • Discretion and judgment in handling confidential and time-sensitive material
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

Salary Range:

$95,000 – $110,000
