Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and calendars including coordinating meetings across global time zones
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and track departmental priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Arrange travel and logistics for team members including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries
- Handle expense reports and invoice processing
- Maintain documentation and records including team workflows, documents, and key operational files
- Assist with onboarding of new team members including coordinating training
- Plan team initiatives and events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of high-level admin experience
- Experience within financial services required
- Experience with scheduling across global time zones
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000
