About the Company:

Our client is a leading independent investment bank offering advisory services across diverse industry sectors on a global scale. The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director along with various other members of the team.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Ability to schedule and plan complex travel itinerary – coordinating with multiple internal and external assistants
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls as requested
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
  • Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs through online booking system
  • Provide back-up assistance and coverage to other team executive assistants

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant preferably in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential data and information
