About the Company:

Our client is a private enterprise company operating globally across building materials, specialty chemicals, logistics, real estate, and strategic investments.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Track key industry events, board meetings, and global travel logistics ensuring seamless coordination of domestic and international itineraries while anticipating scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
  • Oversee complex calendar management, expense reporting, and reimbursement workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership, finance, legal, portfolio company teams, and external stakeholders
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes driving efficiency, improving documentation standards, and ensuring consistency across workflows and reporting cycles

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years of related admin experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience booking domestic and international travel
  • Experience with event management a plus
  • Strong project management skills required

 

Salary Range: 

$100,000-$120,000
