Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Respond to inquiries with clarity, insight, and a strong understanding of the business
- Manage sales team calendars, appointments, and client-facing activities
- Support marketing leadership by assisting in the planning and execution of events, client experiences, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate, track, and proofread client agreements and related legal documentation
- Maintain and manage client data, reporting, and CRM systems
- Oversee marketing materials inventory and distribution
- Serve as a liaison for IT setup and catering coordination for presentations
- Support all client experiences including pre-launch initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience supporting a sales team or working in a hospitality or real estate
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service and elevated hospitality mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or membership management systems
- Experience coordinating events and marketing initiatives
Salary Range:
$90,000-$120,000
