About the Company:

Our client is a New York based private equity firm focused on investments in healthcare and technology, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This person will be the first point of contact for the office and requires a highly proficient and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. This seat will oversee everything from setting the daily tone of the office, liaising with internal business units, to the support and execution of strategic projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment
  • Coordination of schedules and logistics for the investment team
  • Organization and execution of internal & external events
  • Track receipts and complete expense reports
  • Order office supplies and help maintain inventory
  • Run various errands for the office as needed (on and off-site)
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as they arise

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
