Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for senior executives and coordinate across multiple offices and time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the distribution of audited financial statements, unaudited monthly and quarterly reports, and all departmental mail and correspondence across office locations
- Coordinate and track regulatory filings and compliance submissions
- Create, maintain, and manage distribution lists, directories, and departmental trackers
- Process and submit expense reports and PTO timesheets
- Book domestic and international travel
- Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and training sessions
- Track department budget and report headline costs to department leadership
- Prepare presentations including slide creation, printing, and binding materials for meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of related admin experience within an accounting or finance environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software a plus
- Experience supporting a multi-location team is a plus
- Comfortable interfacing with C-suite executives and external partners
Salary Range:
$65,000-$85,000
