About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support a team of investment bankers at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
- Schedule and plan complex travel itineraries – coordinating with multiple internal and external assistants
- Handle and screen both internal and external calls
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payment to American Express
- Manage client contacts
- Provide back-up assistance and coverage to other team executive assistants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of previous experience as an administrative professional in a banking environment
- Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
- Problem solving and decision making skills
Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000
