Administrative Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support a team of investment bankers at the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for conference calls and meetings
  • Schedule and plan complex travel itineraries – coordinating with multiple internal and external assistants
  • Handle and screen both internal and external calls
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payment to American Express
  • Manage client contacts
  • Provide back-up assistance and coverage to other team executive assistants

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of previous experience as an administrative professional in a banking environment
  • Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Problem solving and decision making skills

 

Salary Range:

$120,000-$150,000
