Administrative Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm seeking an Assistant to report to the Office Manager and assist in day-to-day operations. This position will help meet the needs of the firm’s growing business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management: schedule meetings and interviews, liaising between internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage travel arrangements and associated reservations
  • Create and coordinate investor relations materials
  • Respond to client information requests
  • Database management in client portals
  • Assist in managing CRM database, vendor relationships, compliance logs, and filing system
  • Assist with corporate event planning and gift research in conjunction with the other members of the administrative team
  • Assist the Office Manager with Admin team projects and miscellaneous administrative requests from various departments

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of corporate experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail
