About the Company:
Our Client is a boutique public accounting firm located in Melville, New York
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a group of Partners and Head of Operations
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with some HR functions such as payroll and bookkeeping
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-4+ years of administrative experience in accounting
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $65,000 Base Salary
