About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Manager will manage Administrative Professionals in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide day-to-day support and direction for administrative assistant professionals
- Act as a single point of contact, coordinating the following day-to-day functions of administrative assistant professionals
- Coordinate with the recruiting team for new admin hires; gather feedback, maintain recruiting tracker, post jobs
- Maintain spreadsheets to track admin-to-banker ratios, temp, and OT costs
- Provide/source individual training as necessary and with the Resource Manager, help identify training needs and opportunities for the broader administrative team
- Deliver admin performance reviews; write performance plans as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-5 years of experience
- Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills; able to articulate clearly and deliver clear, concise feedback
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Salary Range:
$115,000-$130,000
