About the Company:
Our client is a national REIT specializing in commercial mortgages across a range of real estate classes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial analyses to evaluate projects performance
- Collect, track, and spread borrower financials including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements, and bank statements
- Monitor maturity dates, extensions, potential payoffs, and any loan amendments or modifications
- Review of the financial performance of investments
- Re-underwrite loans quarterly
- Loan document review and interpretation
- Review and preparation of recommendation requests for lease proposals, property releases, and borrower requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, loan underwriting, and/or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $130,000
